Danger of damaging.
The labeler may be damaged when separating or connecting
the HMI when the labeler is turned on.
- Separate or disconnect the HMI only in turned-off condition.
A simple user panel or a display panel with a M12, 5 pin plug may be connected at the Al-
pha Compact. Both controllers are connected with the Alpha Compact with the same con-
nection. When using an optional USB-connection, the settings can also be configured by a
PC. Depending on adjustment of the Alpha Compact, a controller is not required anymore
after initial operation. To avoid parameter adjustments arranged by unauthorized person-
nel, the controllers can be disconnected by the labeler. For further information on opera-
tor’s panel please see p. 79
