Danger caused by icing.

Do not hold bin precipitate. Liquid CO

can escape of bin and
icing occurs.
Damage to sensoric optic.
Sensoric devices have sensitive surface.
Never use sharp-edged or hard objects for cleaning the feed-
driver roller and sensors.
Use only compressed air spray (21800768) for cleaning.
Damage to electric devices
Detergents can cause an electric short cut.
Do not clean electric devices with water or liquid detergents.
Wait after cleaning until detergents are dry.
Repair and maintenance work may only be carried out under
switched off condition (disconnected from power) and may
only be carried out by an electrician according to Accident
Prevention and Insurance Association (UVV) 7.0 § 2 para-
graph 3. Maintenance works that are only possible with power
and/or air pressure switched on, may only be carried out by
authorized and trained technicians who are familiar with ex-
isting dangers and regulations (e.g. AuS).

Detergents
Use for cleaning our cleaning set, partno. 2180981.
In the cleaning set there is an instruction for cleaning, part-no. 22800512. This instruction
informs about the necessary cleaning and gives advices for safe use of detergents.
Cleaning interval
Cleaning intervals depend on the environmental conditions and machine capacity (e. g.
3-shift work).
Refer to the recommended cleaning interval of the manufacturer.
In every case clean the labeler before changing labeling paper or ink ribbon.
The often the labeler will be cleaned, the longer it will be ready for use and the quality of
the labels is high.
