Requirements
Product transport is stopped.
Labeler is ready for operation.
Required equipment:
4mm Hexagon socket wrench
Philips screw driver Große 00
Instructions
Please adjust the Low Label Sensor as follows.
Step Procedure
1
Turn the table disc so that the light beam of the sensor lights between the gaps.

Turn with the Philips screw driver the range of headlights adjustment counter clock-
wise down until the label roll is not detected anymore by the sensor (display LED goes
out).

Turn the headlights adjustment clockwise appr. 1 rotation until the label roll is safely
detected by the sensor. Observe that no objects are detected in the background by
the sensor.

Loosen the adjustment screws with the hexagon socket wrench. Turn therefore the
screw counter clockwise.

Adjust the sensor so that the light beam of the sensor detects the label roll’s end. The
farther you move the sensor to the roll’s beginning, the earlier the low label prewarn-
ing is carried out.

Tighten again the screw for adjustment clockwise.
