Requirements
 Labeler is without power and compressed air
 Label rolls
Required equipment
 2mm Hexagon socket wrench
Please adjust the labeler to the label liner’s width as follows.
Step Procedure
1
Insert the label liner web in running direction between the guide rings to the
web brake.

Move the outer guide ring until the label liner web has a clearance of appr. 0,1
mm to the guide rings.

Loosen the setscrew at the outer adjusting ring by turning the setscrew counter
clockwise. Please use therefore a 2 mm hexagon socket wrench.

Insert the label liner web in running direction between the adjusting rings of the
dancer arm. Move the outer adjusting ring until the label liner web has a clear-
ance of appr. 0,1 mm to the adjusting rings.

Tighten again the setscrew at the outer adjusting ring by turning it clockwise.
6
Remove the label liner web.
