Requirements
Product feed is stopped.
Disconnect labeler from voltage supply.
Required equipment:
5mm Hexagon socket wrench
Instruction
Please adjust the distance of the peeler blade’s mounting to the deflection roller as fol-
lows.
Step Procedure

Loosen the both screws (Fig.: 6-27, Pos.2) to clamping.

Turn the extender bearing to that the gap between peeler blade’s mounting and
deflection roller is not more than 5 mm.(Check the gaps distance (e.g. with a 4mm
and 5mm hexagon socket wrench).

Tighten again the both screws (Fig.: 6-27, Pos.2) to clamping.
