2. Pinion and Flywheel Teeth
2.1 Procedure
Note: Make sure that only a thin layer of lubricant is applied to the tooth flanks
of the pinion (2) and the flywheel (3). This makes sure that the lubricant
stays on the tooth surfaces during engine operation.

Apply a thin layer of the
lubricant to the teeth as shown
in the photograph.

Increase the temperature of
the Klüberfluid.
Put an applicable quantity of
Klüberfluid into a container.
Put the container into warm
water until the Klüberfluid is at
approximately 35_C.
Apply the Klüberfluid as shown
in the photograph.
2.2 Lubrication Intervals
Examine the teeth approximately each 2000 operation hours, or more frequently if
necessary.. When there is a minimum of lubricant remaining on the teeth (e.g. when
the teeth are almost dry) lubricate the teeth.,
