3.12 Shift instructions
Shifting the contents of ACCU1 and ACCU1-L to the left or right by the specified number
of places. If no address identifier is specified, shift the number of places into ACCU2-LL.
Any positions that become free are padded with zeros or the sign.
The last shifted bit is in condition code bit CC1.
