8099h The slot has not been configured.
809Ah The sub address for the selected slot has not been configured.
Area identifier:
n 54h: peripheral input (PI)
n 55h: peripheral output (PQ)
For hybrid modules the SFC returns the area identification of the lower address. When
the addresses are equal the SFC returns identifier 54h.
