Bar Code Format
The following formats with or without check digits are acceptable:
•Code 39
•Interleave 2 of 5
•Codabar
Bar Code Label Specifications
Bar code labels must meet the following specifications:
•Printed on good quality label stock
•0.25-inch quiet zone on each end
•0.01-inch minimum narrow bar width
•2:1 wide to narrow bar ratio
•0.5-inch minimum bar length
•2-inch maximum label length
•1.25-inch maximum label width

code label formats, check digits and specifications.
