Set the length of measurement interval that will be used.

Factory Preset

and *RST: 1.0 ms

Range: 0.1 ms to 10 ms

Default Unit: seconds

Remarks: You must be in the Basic, cdma2000, W-CDMA (3GPP),

or W-CDMA (Trial & Arib) mode to use this command.

Use INSTrument:SELect to set the mode.
