Set to the frequency of the external reference oscillator being supplied
to the instrument. Switch to the external reference with ROSC:SOUR.

and *RST: Value remains at last user selected value (persistent)
Factory default, 10 MHz
Range: 1 MHz to 40 MHz, with 1 Hz steps
Default Unit: Hz
Remarks: Global to system
