Use the ARROW keys to position the cursor at the line you need to change, input the revised
data, and then press the ENTER key. When the information on the screen is correct, press
the F4 [OK] key.
The Staff Name List Screen (
Figure 17-4) will re-appear.
Deleting a Staff Member
To delete a staff member's name from the CAPTUS
®
600
memory, follow the instructions at
the beginning of this chapter until you reach the Staff Name List Screen (
Figure 17-4 and
Figure 17-5).
Use the ARROW keys to position the cursor next to the name you want to delete, and press
the F3 [DEL] key. The following message, with the appropriate last name and first three
letters of the first name in the second line, will appear on the screen:
DO YOU WANT TO DELETE
Y OR N
To answer “YES”, press the Y key, then press the ENTER key. The screen returns to the
Staff Name List Screen (
Figure 17-4 and Figure 17-5) with that name deleted from the list.
To answer “NO”, press the N key, then press the ENTER key. The screen returns to the Staff
Name List Screen (
Figure 17-4 and Figure 17-5) unchanged.
ENTERING THE BIOASSAY PROTOCOL

Bioassay protocol, follow the instructions at the beginning of
this chapter until you reach the Bioassay Setup menu (
Figure 17-3).
Press 2 to select BIOASSAY PROTOCOL. The Bioassay Protocol Screen (
Figure 17-7) will
appear.
