By default , the alphabet layout is set t o norm al m ode, also known as the st andard English layout.
Select French or German keyboard layout if necessary. The scanner will make adj ust m ents when
sending the "A", "Q", "W" , "Z" , "Y", and "M" characters according t o this set ting.

Not e: This setting only works when t he keyboard type selected is US keyboard, such as
PCAT (US) . The Alphabet Layout and Num eric Layout sett ing m ust m atch using
keyboard.
