Allows a user to monitor the call state of a directory number
(DN) associated with a speed-dial button. The available states
are: alerting, idle, busy, and do not disturb (DND). During the
alerting state, call pickup capability is enabled.
This feature is not supported in Cisco Unified
Communications Manager Release 4.x.
