If you inserted your USB drive with a 1.1 ccb file and the Administration->Software->Update menu shows 'None' on your Clear-Com Intercom System, ensure that your USB drive is formatted with at least one partition and that your .ccb file is in the root directory of the first partition. What to do if Line 1 (or Line 2) LED is steady red on Clear-Com HelixNet Partyline?
    • K
      Kenneth HerreraSep 7, 2025
If the Line 1 (or Line 2) LED is steady red and one or more Beltpack has no bars showing up for signal strength, it indicates digital errors or cross-talk on that Powerline. To resolve this, check the Diagnostics->Powerlines->Powerline 1(or 2) page. Ensure the number of Beltpacks displayed matches the physical connections. If there's a mismatch, cross-talk is occurring; use properly shielded Mic or Cat cables. If the numbers match but errors or a high collision rate is displayed, verify you haven’t exceeded the Beltpack limit per Powerline or the specified distance according to the Cable capacity versus distance table.
