old session-based rconsole is a remote X-Window

The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) provides
one of the most advanced encryption capabilities
available today. This release adds AES for SNMPv3
as specified in RFC 3826.
To enable AES encryption, specify the aes
encryption type when defining an SNMP user
account.
