When Pr.08-81 is set to 0, Pr.08-82 setting can be changed by inputting the digital
keypad, HMI page plan, text panel (PLC product: TP series) via communication.
When Pr.08-81 is set to 1 and one of Pr.03-00~03-02 is set to 17, Pr.08-82 is used to
display the tension taper only.
During the rewind process, the tension setting should be decreased by the increased
reel to rewind the material successfully.
