 When Pr.11-00 is set to bit0=1 (ASR), Pr.10-04~10-07 and Pr.10-21~10-22 are read-only.
 ASR P determines Proportional control and associated gain (P). ASR I determines
integral control and associated gain (I).
 When integral time is set to 0, it is disabled. Pr.10-08 defines the switch frequency for
the ASR1 (Pr.10-04, Pr.10-05) and ASR2 (Pr.10-06, Pr.10-07).
