Check belt tension and adjust, if
needed, as described under
"Checking and adjusting timing belt
tension" (Sect. D 5).
Warning.
Check tension value on belt
sections (N) and (O) as shown in the
figure.
When belt tension is correct, ensure
that the screws (22), (24) and (12) are
tightened to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Remove the two locking tools
(88713.2009) from belt roller flange.
Remove the tool part no. 88713.2011
you used to lock the crankshaft.
Unscrew the tool bolt (H) and then
the screw (F).
Refit the small cover (C) to the
generator cover and start the two
screws (M) in their holes.
Tighten the screws to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Eseguire il controllo del valore di
tensionamento e l'eventuale
registrazione come descritto al
paragrafo "Controllo e registrazione
tensione cinghie distribuzione" (Sez D
5).
Attenzione.
Controllare il valore di
tensionamento sui bracci (N) e (O)
delle cinghie indicati in figura.
Quando si ottiene il valore corretto di
tensionamento delle cinghie,
accertarsi che le viti (22), (24) e (12)
siano serrate alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Rimuovere i due attrezzi
(88713.2009) di bloccaggio della
flangia della puleggia.
Rimuovere l’attrezzo di bloccaggio
albero motore 88713.2011 svitando
prima il tampone (H) e poi la vite (F).
Rimontare il coperchietto (C) sul
coperchio alternatore impuntando le
due viti (M).
Serrare le viti alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
