PaperStream NX Manager
Set this item to operate the scanner with PaperStream NX Manager.
Click [PaperStream NX Manager] under [Linking with Server] to display the window.
[Enable] check box
Specify whether to operate with PaperStream NX Manager.
The check box is cleared for the factory default setting.
If you select the check box, also set the following items.
● Host Name/IP address
ATTENTION
An IPv4 address is supported.
Note that an IPv6 address is not supported.
● Port Number
The factory default setting is "20447".
● Auto Logout minutes [fi-8190/fi-8290/fi-8170/fi-8270]
Specify a time (minutes) to automatically log out from PaperStream NX Manager if the scanner is left on
for a certain period of time without being used.

Specify an auto login method for PaperStream NX Manager.

● [Enable Application (Internet)] check box
Set this item when scanning with a user application on a computer or mobile device in an environment
in which PaperStream NX Manager and a scanner are connected via the Internet.
The check box is cleared for the factory default setting.
[Check connection] button
Check if the scanner can be connected to PaperStream NX Manager.
[Apply to the scanner] button
Applies the configured settings.
