Note that the following screen is displayed on the LCD during initialization.
When the [Ready] screen is displayed on the LCD, the scanner is ready to start scanning.
● For fi-8150/fi-8250/fi-8150U/fi-8250U
The scanner is turned on, and the [Scan/Stop] button lights in green.
During initialization, the indications displayed on the Function Number Display changes in the following
order: "8" → "P" → "0" → "1".
The scanner is ready when "1" is shown on the Function Number Display.
HINT
When the [Power] button is pressed, the LED indicator lights for a moment. Note that it is due to an
initial diagnosis and not a failure.
How to Turn the Power OFF
1 Press the [Power] button on the scanner for 2 seconds or more.
