Scanning Slowly at Low Resolution [Low-speed Feed Mode]
Specify this to slow down the scanning speed in order to protect the documents.
When performing a scan at a low resolution (lower than 400 dpi), the scan is performed at a slow speed regardless
of the resolution that is set. This setting is effective for scanning long page documents.
1 Start up the Software Operation Panel.
Refer to Starting Up the Software Operation Panel (page 333).
2 From the list on the left, select [Device Setting 2] → [Low-speed Feed Mode].
3 Select [Enable] if you perform a slow scanning speed in order to protect the documents.
The factory default setting is [Disable].
HINT
For fi-8190/fi-8290/fi-8170/fi-8270, this setting can also be configured in the operator panel.
