WhenECG1Lead,ECG2Lead,orECG3Leadarechangedmanuallyandthelead
becomesinactiveduetoadisconnection,themonitorlookstotheECGleadsavedin
thepatientprole.IfthesavedECG1Leadisnotavailable,themonitorlooksforlead
II,thenleadI,andlastlyleadIII.Later,ifthemanuallyselectedleadbecomesavailable
again,themonitorwillchangebacktothislead.
SelectingtherstdisplayedECGlead
TheECG1LeadistherstECGleaddisplayedintheECGwaveformarea.For
single-leadanalysiswhenaVR,aVL,oraVFissetastheECG1Lead,thefollowing
mappingisused:aVR=II,aVL=I,aVF=III.
