●Selectthekitthathasthebesttandmostcomfortforthepatient.Forexample,
thekitlabeledasPediatricmayhavethebesttandbemorecomfortableon
asmall-staturedadultthantheadultcannulakit.Thecannulakitsareequally
functionalregardlessofwhichisused.
●Verifythatthecannulakitisclean,dryandundamaged.Replacethecannulakit
ifnecessary.
●Insertthesamplecellintothesamplecellreceptacle.Youwillhearaclickwhenthe
samplecellisproperlyinserted.
●ZerotheLoFloSidestreamModule.
●Placethenasalcannulakitontothepatient:

ThepumpisautomaticallyturnedonwhenasamplelineisinsertedintotheLoFlo
SidestreamModule.Whenconnectedproperly,youwillhearaclick.Whenthesample
lineisremoved,thepumpturnsoffimmediately.Whenablockedlineoccurs,the
pumpturnsoffafter2minutesofunsuccessfullytryingtoremovetheblockage.
