Aboutalarmmessagefunctionality
Alarmmessageshavealarmiconswithtouchablefunctionality.Theaudiopause
functionalitywillaffectallactivealarms,butthealarmacknowledgedonlyapplies
tothealarmyoutouchexceptwhenyouhavelatchedphysiologicalalarms.Theyall
disappearwhenyoutouchanyalarm.Alarmscanalsobeacknowledgedwiththe
pauseaudiokey.

Alarmsaudiopauseindicator.Displaysintheupperleftcornerofthealarm
messageandindicatesthatthealarmaudiopausehasbeenactivated.
Acknowledgealarmsindicator.Displaysintheupperrightcornerofthealarm
messageandindicatesthatthisalarmcanbeacknowledgedbytouching
thealarmmessageorwiththepauseaudiokey.Incasetherearelatched
alarms,theywillallbeacknowledged.
Visualalarmsignalsandprioritylevels
Alarmsignalsindicatethatanalarmconditionispresent.Thealarmprioritylevelsare
alsoindicated.Thealarmsignalsassumethatthepatientmonitorandtheoperator
arewithinthepatientenvironment(1meter/3.3feet).
