ascii: Specifies the character string format. For example, the circuit-id 00010002 is transmitted in the
form of 01 08 30 30 30 31 30 30 30 32.
hex: Specifies the hexadecimal format. For example, the circuit-id 00010002 is transmitted in the
form of 01 04 00 01 00 02.
