NOTE:
Install a new tamper-proof plug (5). after the air
screw adjustment (page 6-15).
Install the following:
- Throttle slop screw tt l/spring

- Sl ow jet [3]
- Needle jet [4]
- Needle jet holder [5J
- Main jet [6J
TORQUE :
Slow /main jet :
Needle jet holder:
1.5 N'm (0.15 kgf'm, 1. 1IbHt)
2.5 N'm (O .25 kgf-m, 1. 8IbHt)
InslaUthe float valve [1] into the groove of the float (21 .
In sla1lthe fi oallo the carburetor body while aligning the
float valve tip with the valve seal hole .
