With the float va lve sealed and the float arm just
touching the valve, measure the float level with the
special tool as shown.
FLOAT LEVEL: 10.7 mm (0.42 in)
TOOL :
(11 Carbure torfloal l eve l gaug e 07401-0010000
The floallevel cannot be adjusted,
Replace the float assembly if the float level is oul of
specification.
Install a new O-ring
11) into the float chamber groove.
Inslall the float chamber [2)
onlo the carburetor body.
Ins lall the two float chamber screws 11] and lighten ~11111~"""~IIIIIIIIIIIIIII~=:::!IIIII IIIII ~ ~~I1111~~
them to the specified torque.
TORQUE :2 .1 N'm (0 . 21 kgf 'm, 1. 5IbHt)
Connect the drain hose I21
THROTTLE VALVE
Instan the jet needle [ 1] into the th rottle valve (2] and r-------- -- --
secure it with a jet needle retainer [3) as shown.
