Unit Reset command in the given time. The
DSA of the load source IOP is in SRC data
word 17, in control panel function 13.
Replace the load source IOP.
If the SRC data word 16 in control panel
function 13 is 00300002, then:
The load source device failed to respond to
the first storage IOA in the given time. The
device unit address is in SRC data word 18,
in control panel function 13. Replace the
load source device unit or isolate a problem
on that device interface.
