Transponder ID
In T mode (transmit):
- If bal > 0 data is sent when the transponder is interrogated
- If bal 0 data is sent as soon as possible
In R mode (receive): bal is the ID of the transponder whose answer carries data

Carrier signal ID

- If sig > 0 data is sent when the carrier signal sig is transmitted
- If sig 0 data is sent as soon as possible
