Flywheel Installation

TIMING SCALE
The flywheel has a stamped timing scale of top
center (TC) to 45 degrees of engine travel
(engine timing) and three stamped locations, 120
degrees apart, for valve settings as shown in
Figure 346. The flywheel still has pump timing
marks for application to both current and older
engines; the marks are not needed for current
engines.
