If the Following Messages Appear
If the following messages appear, check the problem again by referring to the cause
and action below.
Message Cause Action
Unable to play back due to
abnormal temperature.
Please wait until the
temperature returns to
normal.
The temperature inside the
unit is abnormally high.
Wait until the temperature
decreases without performing
any operations.
If this happens, wait for
a brief period. When the
temperature inside the unit
returns to normal, the message
disappears and playback
starts. If the message does not
disappear even after waiting a
long time, contact your MAZDA
dealer.
Communication Error
Please reboot the system.
There is communication error
to another unit.
Turn the engine switch turned
Off and On.
If the message continued,
contact your MAZDA dealer.
ERROR-02-XX
The disc is dirty. Clean the disc.
The disc is scratched. Replace the disc.
The disc is loaded upside
down.
Check that the disc is loaded
correctly.
There is an electrical or
mechanical error.
Turn the engine switch OFF
and back ON.
If the message continued,
contact your MAZDA dealer.
*Unable to read the map SD
data. Check the map SD.
If necessary, consult your
dealer.
SD memory card failure. Turn the engine switch turned
Off and On.
If the message continued,
contact your MAZDA dealer.
SD memory card
communication error.
* Models with NAVI only.
