6. Using the ‘Test type’ pull-down menu, select the type of test that will be conducted.
7. Enter the number of filter cartridges
to be tested. The
default is 1. If only one filter is to be tested, no entry is required.
8. Select Tab F3.
9. Enter a housing type description (optional). This is a text field that appears on the
printout.
10. If you wish to define a preset upstream gas volume, select
to enable that option (see Figure 47) and enter the appropriate value.
11. Select Tab F4
Note: Tests are designed to measure upstream gas volume automatically. Users may,
however, define upstream gas volume manually. Therefore, if a Preset Upstream Gas Volume
has been entered, the instrument will use the value entered and not perform automatic
upstream gas volume sizing in its test flow calculations.
