Recommended Reference Temperature Sensor
The reference gauge for External Pressure Calibrations should have the following
characteristics:
• NIST traceable (or equivalent)
• ±0.1 °C accurate
• 4–60 °C
Calibration Setup
• Remove the Temperature Sensor Plug from the bottom of the instrument (See Figure 2
on page 25 for location).
• Disconnect the internal temperature sensor from the pneumatic module and pull it
through the opening in the bottom of the Integritest Exacta.
• Set up three water baths, one at each of the three test temperatures shown in Table
23.

Temperature Calibration Procedure
1. From the Main Menu Screen, click
to access the Setup-Calibration Screens
2. Click Tab F4 to open the Temperature Calibration Screen. (Figure 76).
