• Verify that the tubing assembly is firmly attached to the outlet connector. If you can
easily detach the tubing assembly from the Integritest Exacta instrument, you have
not connected it properly. Repeat steps 1 and 2 above until you achieve a firm
connection.
Note: Fai The maximum working pressure of the Bellofram regulator is 140 psig.
Exceeding this pressure may damage the regulator, and will void the warranty.
Exhaust Connections
The exhaust fitting located on the right side of the instrument is where the system is exhausted
after a test is complete. This can be routed away from the work area using ¼” OD tubing, if
desired. Press the tubing firmly into the fitting to connect. To disconnect, push in on the small
collar while retracting the tubing.
Connecting/Disconnecting the exhaust tubing
To insert tubing, simply push it into the fitting until it seats.
To remove tubing, push in on the knurled ring while pulling gently on the tubing.

Outlet Tubing Connections
The connections to the filter housing are made with the outlet tubing assembly. Two
connections are made to the right hand side of the instrument. These fittings are keyed to
prevent connecting them incorrectly.
