PRODUCT REGISTRATION
When a user enters the program for the first time, the registration screen (Figure 25) will
appear after logon.

The following information will be collected and stored in the database.
• Company Name
• Address
• Country
• Telephone Number
• Fax Number
• Key Contact
• Integritest Exacta Serial Number (found on rear of instrument)
• Date Integritest Exacta Instrument Received
• E-mail Address
The following fields will be automatically detected and will be stored in the database
• ITX Software Version Number
• Windows Version Number
• Filter Database Version Number
