To help you get the best performance from your Millipore products, the Technical Support staff
is available to provide prompt, reliable assistance. Before calling for assistance, know the
software version and instrument serial number for the Integritest Exacta—see Contacting
Millipore (page 255) for contact information. You may also contact your local Millipore
applications specialist for help.
Returning the Instrument to Millipore
• Contact Millipore Technical Service to obtain a Return Authorization number and
instructions.
• Package the Integritest Exacta Instrument in its original container.
If you do not have the original container, Millipore can provide a replacement—
Catalogue Number XITXSP102. Ship the product to the Millipore address that is
provided by your Millipore Technical Service Representative.
• IMPORTANT: You will be asked to include the Superuser password in the
documentation submitted with the returned unit. Millipore will not be able to access
the operating system or service the unit without this password.
Caution: Never ship the instrument without an authorized Millipore container.
Doing so will void the product warranty.
