The no form of this command removes resources for down MEPs on SAPs.

Description
This command configures resources for CFM/Y.1731 Down MEPs on SDPs and ingress MIPs on SAPs
and SDP bindings. In addition, resources for bidirectional MIPs configured on an Epipe SAP and Epipe
SDP binding are allocated from this pool.
Note:
On the 7210 SAS-Sx/S 1/10GE operating in standalone-VC mode, bidirectional MIPs configured
on Epipe SAPs and Epipe SDP bindings also require resources from the Up MEP resource pool.
The no form of this command removes resources for Down MEPs on SDPs, ingress MIPs, and
bidirectional MIPs.
