U402 Adjusting margins of image printing
Description
Adjusts margins for image printing.
Purpose
Make the adjustment if margins are incorrect.
Adjustment
1. Press the start key.
2. Press the system menu key.
3. Press the start key to output a test pattern.
4. Press the system menu key.
5. Select the item to be adjusted.
6. Change the setting value using the cursor left/right keys or numeric keys.
Increasing the value makes the margin wider, and decreasing it makes the margin narrower.

7. Press the start key. The value is set.
Caution
Check the copy image after the adjustment. If the image is still incorrect, perform the following
adjustments in maintenance mode.
Completion
Press the stop key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.
