external touch to MIB board
External Touch driver configuration
Check RS232/MIB
configuration:
1. Enter Main Setup menu
2. Select Monitor
3. Select Hardware
4. Reconfigure RS232/MIB
drivers
5. if problem persists, proceed to
the next step
MIB Board defective
Replace MIB board
External touch defective
Replace external touch
Main board defective
Replace Main board
Touch position invalid Touch not calibrated Perform touch calibration:
1. Enter Main Setup menu
2. Select Monitor
3. Select Hardware
4. Select Touch Driver
