TSMA6
49User Manual 4900.8057.02 ─ 11
This mode starts the Remote ViCom server on the R&S TSMA6. Measurement config-
uration and data collection are controlled from a remotely connected handheld device.
Install a Remote ViCom client application on the handheld device for this purpose.
The connection between the Remote ViCom server on the R&S TSMA6 and the client
application (Remote ViCom client) on the handheld device can be realized via Blue-
tooth
®
or WLAN.
The selection of the wireless interface type depends on the measurement task.
The WLAN connection allows a data throughput, which is about 10 times higher com-
pared to Bluetooth
®
.
The Bluetooth
®
connection is less influenced by radio interference.
