Error Message 1058 (CRC Check Error)
When there is an error with the printer, the error message appears on the screen.
Check the cause and countermeasure, and then take appropriate action.
To clear the error:
Tap [CANCEL] or [PRINT].

Cause
◦ CRC has not been added to the data.
◦ CRC does not match.
Countermeasure
Check transmitted data and interface settings.
◦ [PRINT]: Continue printing from the print data where the CRC error occurred.
◦ [CANCEL]: Cancel the print data where the CRC error occurred and continue printing from
the next item.
Contact your SATO technical support center if the error cannot be resolved.
