3.1.2.4 Interface Modules
Replacing Interface Modules
The interface modules are located on the C–CPU-2 board ((1) in Figure 3-1 and 3-2). The following figure
shows the PCB with location of the modules.

Please note the following:
• The interface modules can only be replaced in devices for panel flush mounting and cubicle mounting.
Devices in surface mounting housings with double-level terminals can be changed only in our manufacturing
centre.
• Only interface modules can be used with which the device can also be ordered from the factory in accor-
dance with the order number (see also Appendix A.1).
