9.12.5 SOFT FILL
The Soft fill function is used to move the process to a set level at a slow speed before the PID
controller starts to control. If the process does not go to the set level during the timeout, a
fault shows.
You can use the function to fill an empty pipe slowly and prevent strong currents of water
that could break the pipe.
We recommend that you always use the Soft fill function when you use the Multipump
function.
