13.3.7.1.3 Functionality
n The AxisEnable input is used to switch an axis on or off.
n Switching on is only possible if AxisReady = TRUE, i.e. the axis is ready to switch on.
n As soon as the axis is switched on, this is indicated by the status information AxisEn-
abled.
n If the axis has an error, this is indicated by the status information AxisError. For more
information refer to AxisErrorID.
n With AxisReset you can acknowledge errors on the drive.
n Errors are reported via DriveError.
n You can stop an axis in motion by setting StopExecute.
n As long as StopExecute is set, no further pulses are generated and all commands are
blocked.
n Precondition: The drive is switched on and AxisReady = TRUE.
n With MvVelocityExecute, you can bring the axis to rotate with constant velocity.
n You specify the velocity via Velocity.
n By setting 0, the axis stops as well as with StopExecute.
n The direction of rotation is determined by the sign of Velocity.
n The Velocity value can be 0 or MinUserVelocity £ Velocity £ MaxUserVelocity.
n Precondition: The drive is switched on and AxisReady = TRUE.
n The relative positioning happens by MvRelativeExecute.
n You can specify the distance in user units via PositionDistance.
n The direction of rotation is determined by the sign of PositionDistance.
