Remove AW Gun
The section below shows how to remove the AW. equipment from the upper arm
of an IRB 1600 ID.

DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure sup-
ply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the
robot working area.

Remove the welding cable (C)
from the weld gun by twisting
the locking sleeve (A) counter
clockwise.
Loosen the locking screw (B)
and pull out the welding cable.
