Replacement, battery pack
The procedure below details how to replace the battery pack.

DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working
area.

Remove the base cover from the robot by
unscrewing its attachment screws.
CAUTION
Clean cover from metal residues before
opening.
Metal residues can cause shortage on the
boards which can result in hazardous failures.

Disconnect the battery from the serial meas-
urement unit.

Valid for battery pack with 2-pole battery
contact:

Open the velcro strap and remove the battery
pack.
Valid for battery pack with 3-pole battery
contact.

Cut the cable strap and remove the battery
pack.

Fit the new battery pack and connect it to the
serial measurement unit (X3).
