Lifting the robot with roundslings
Use this procedure to lift the robot with roundslings.

Move the robot to an appropriate lifting posi-
tion.

Make sure the roundsling has free
space and does not wear against any
part of the robot.
Secure the roundsling safely at the lifting lug
in the frame and at the overhead crane.

Capacity for the roundsling is specified
in Required equipment on page 64.

CAUTION
The robot weighs
IRB 1600/IRB 1600ID: 250 kg
IRB 1660ID: 260 kg
All lifting accessories used must be sized ac-
cordingly!

Personnel must not, under any circumstances,
be present under the suspended load!
