5.2.4 Operations in Low-Resistance Measurement Pulse Source Mode

The low-resistance measurement pulse source mode has the following restrictions:
1. The source function and the measurement function cannot be changed, and are fixed to ISRM.
2. The polarity of the source value is disabled.
3. The base value is fixed to 0 A regardless of the setting pulse base value.
4. The measurement data memory cannot be set to Burst.
5. The measurement auto range operation and the measurement function link mode are disabled.
