2.2.7 Sweep Measurement
This section describes how to read out measurement data from the memory by using the sweep source
mode.
In voltage source current measurement (VSIM), linear sweep is performed with steps of 0.5 V from 0.5 V
to 5 V as shown in Figure 2-17 below.
